I work with adults, teens, and children experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. In addition to traditional therapy, I offer LENS (Low Energy Neurofeedback System)—a gentle, non-invasive approach that helps the brain reset and self-regulate.
